I wanted to thank you for your prompt service.  Our shutters came last Thursday and we were able to get them hung the next day.  Our painter was so surprised they came so quickly and that we received the color we ordered.  He has had bad luck with orders placed through Home Depot. His clients often received their orders late and to add insult to injury, some were the wrong colors. As a result, his jobs never finished on a timely basis.

I was very happy to share your name with him and he indicated he would check out your website.  Our house was painted and completed within a week.  It looks lovely and I can't thank you enough for sending me the color samples so quickly and taking my order over the phone.  I certainly won't hesitate to recommend others to your business.

Oh, our painter was surprised to see that the shutters came with screws.  He was very impressed with that feature.

I am sending this letter in appreciation of the Plantation Shutters I ordered, and which you installed on Saturday. Thank you for coming all the way to the Bronx and fulfilling my dream of installing shutters in my home. I just wanted to say thanks for the outstanding product I received. I ordered the Manhattan style radiator cover with the wood grain finish and it is beautiful. I must say I was a little nervous after placing the order, fearing the measurements I gave may be wrong, or that the builder may measure wrong, coupled with the fact that I had no idea how the finished product would look.

Imagine my surprise when it was delivered sooner than expected (packed very well in crate). Its fits perfectly over the radiator and everyone that sees it can't believe its not real wood-it's really is a beautiful finish. A few weeks ago I ordered two radiator covers. They arrived this week. These covers were to be installed over radiators that had the supply and return pipes coming down from the ceiling and space was severly limited. I was not optimistic that they would be fabricated with sufficient accuracy to fit. Obviously I'm a first time customer - they fit perfectly. We are remodeling one room at a time and you can expect future orders.
