1. All of our products are special orders and are not
returnable. No cancellations can be accepted once material
has been especially ordered or cut to size. We only
accept returns for manufacturing defects or shipping
damage, so be sure you review all of the available information
before making your selection. All agreements contingent
upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control.

Color through vinyl shutters from Shutter Shack Ltd.
cannot be painted. These shutters are specially treated
and paint will not adhere to them. If you wish to be
able to paint these shutters or change the color at
a later date, order paintable vinyl shutters.
3.
Because of the materials and manufacturing process,
vinyl shutters often vary in size from their called
size. If you have a situation where size is critical,
please call us to verify the exact size before ordering.
4.
Proper painting and installation is extremely important!
Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for each
product.
5. Many larger items such
as Wood Shutters and Radiator Covers ship by
independent shippers or UPS. Shippers may or may not
leave freight without a
signature. If you cannot give us an address to ship
to with a loading dock or
package accepting doorman, you must advise us to make
special arrangements for
delivery from the freight terminal.
We cannot be responsible for any extra costs associated
with residential
delivery or redelivery fees. These same shipping limitations
apply to deliveries
to addresses where trucks cannot pull up to the door
(such as office or
apartment buildings).
