Do you have a price list?

Each category has price lists. Click on the HYPERTEXT for each product pricing information. If you have any difficulty please email us your product preference and specs for a quote.

Do you have a catalog?

We currently use our web site as our “online” catalog. Please feel free to print out any pages you like for a hard copy. Email us for additional info.

How do I know if shipping is included or will be additional?

All products are shipped UPS. If we are able to ship within UPS standards, shipping is included. If the unit is oversized for UPS, we will advise you of any additional costs prior to accepting your order.

**Shipping is NOT included with Exterior Security Shutters and certain Radiator Covers (if they are out of UPS guidelines) – Our representatives will advise you of these costs.

When I place an order online, how do I know it was received?

Once your order has been received, you will see a confirmation page once. In addition, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Can I return products after I receive and don't like them?

All our products are custom made for each customer and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
