All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All merchandise to be manufactured in a workmanlike manner according to standard industry practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written order and will become an extra charge over and the above cost. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. All merchandise in the above contract remains the property of the company until completely paid for. No Returns accepted after 30 Days and subject to a restock fee. Most sales are special custom orders. No cancellations can be accepted once material has been specially ordered and/or cut to size. Shutter Shack can cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of pricing errors (or for any reason). ALL SALES FINAL ON CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS.
